Coach George

George began his journey in the gym at a young age. As a teenager, he was always involved in competitive sports such as rugby, cricket, tennis, and track and field. He started weightlifting at 14 years old and quickly became the strongest person at his school gym, managing to bench press an impressive 160 kg by 16 years old.

Despite his active lifestyle, George had an insatiable appetite for unhealthy foods and found himself falling into destructive habits leading to severe obesity. By the time he reached his 20s, he was 140 kg, low energy, lacking confidence and purpose.

George woke up one day and decided enough was enough. He was sick and tired of feeling sluggish, out of breath, and unhealthy. He was lost and without direction in all areas of his life and he knew he needed to make a change.

In 2021, George decided it was time to turn his life around. He fell in love with bodybuilding and over the course of the next few years, he built up good habits, making small improvements every single day that added up over time until his motivation to change transformed into unwavering discipline to reach his goals. 

In 2023 George competed in his first-ever bodybuilding show, losing a total of 50 kg over the course of 2 years to achieve his goal. He went from obese to beast and the transformation was just as much mental and emotional as it was physical. Now, George thrives in all areas of his life. No challenge is too big for him anymore because he now knows deep within himself that he has what it takes to climb the highest mountains and reach new horizons.

George found his purpose through fitness, and he wants everybody to experience the life-changing benefits of a physical transformation. George is dedicated to helping you reach your goals and achieve what you thought was once impossible.

Coach Nick

Nick began his fitness journey in competitive sports at a young age. He played rugby league, cricket, and tennis and has always had a love for trying new sports in a social setting. He has been weight training at the gym since he was 15 years old, focussing on strength and power for rugby league. 

Nick had struggled with his weight since he was a child. Always being on the bigger side, despite his activity level and he attributed this to genetics. However, when he started training and learning about nutrition, he managed to lose 20 kg at 16 years old. However, he did this in an extreme way that caused him to lose any muscle he had built as a teenager, and in the coming years, he rebounded and ended up even heavier and fatter than when he started.

After trying every diet and exercise routine he could find, Nick started to lose hope and during the lockdowns of 2020 and 2021, Nick stopped training entirely and became obese. 

After a downward spiral of destructive habits, Nick found himself in his worst physical, mental, and emotional state. He was obese and lacking any confidence and drive to be better. 

In late 2021, George told Nick to wake up to himself and get it together. He dragged him back into the gym and over the next few months, Nick’s passion for fitness and competition was reignited. 

He completely turned his life around and set himself the goal of competing in a bodybuilding show in 2024. He is currently coaching himself in preparation for the show and is down over 30 kg of fat in 2 years. This time, he is doing it slowly and much more sustainably, ensuring that he does not rebound again. 

After years of research, trying everything, and making every mistake possible, Nick has devised a system of training and nutrition that allows him to stay in peak physical condition, getting stronger and leaner while feeling great. He said goodbye to unsustainable crash dieting and is now driven and thriving in all aspects of his life and he wants to guide and empower you to reach your goals and transform your mind and body to become unstoppable.

Bespoke 12-Week Program

 Our bespoke training package is for you if you are seeking a customized training program only and will have the benefit of working the program at your own pace. The training block will be programmed for 12 weeks according to your individual needs, and you will have the opportunity to track your progress and performance in the detailed Google Sheets provided. We will give you the necessary guidance on how to progress the program effectively and get the most out of it during our 30-minute Zoom consultation. 2-week post-program deload is included to ensure sufficient recovery.
