1. Introduction
Welcome to Metamorph Physique. By enrolling in our coaching services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Metamorph Physique (“the Coach”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided
Metamorph Physique offers the following services:

• Custom nutrition macro guidance
• Supplementation advice
• Tailored training programs
• Access to the Metamorph Physique branded app through Kahunas
• Weekly check-in feedback via pre-recorded video

3. Disclaimer
Metamorph Physique is not a medical professional, registered dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or legal advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, supplementation, or exercise regimen.

4. Privacy & Data Protection
Metamorph Physique respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your sensitive information. Client data, including check-in photos, progress updates, and personal details, will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. By using our services, you agree to the collection and storage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best results, the Client agrees to:

• Provide honest and accurate information regarding health, fitness, and nutrition habits.
• Upload weekly check-in photos and feedback via the Kahunas app on time.
• Follow the provided training and nutrition guidance to the best of their ability.
• Understand that results vary based on individual commitment and adherence.

6. Check-in Process & Feedback

• Clients are responsible for submitting their check-in photos and feedback on time through the Kahunas app.
• Failure to complete a check-in on time may result in no feedback for that week.
• Feedback will be provided in the form of a pre-recorded video response.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

• Clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ written notice to cancel their subscription.
• No refunds will be issued for any payments already processed.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in additional charges before cancellation takes effect.

8. Limitation of Liability
Metamorph Physique is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from participation in the coaching program. Clients assume full responsibility for their health and well-being while following the guidance provided.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Metamorph Physique reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

10. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing up for Metamorph Physique’s coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
